A 19th century Meissen bowl from the Rococo period/style, this can also be traced back to the mark (color) on the bottom of the bowl. But also the artistic style, especially from the 18th century, characterized by irregular, curved and asymmetrical shapes and remains of the gold edge.
The bowl is not damaged but was rejected by Meissen during production due to the three baking cracks, which were not good enough for their customers such as royal houses, counts and other noble titles at the time. Often employees of the factory could take over these rejected products for a reduced rate. Since no damage is visible on this item either.
